Orders and Returns
We make all efforts to test and quality check devices prior to sale and provide a 30 day hassle free refund on request with every sale.
Should you return a device with either an account lock (iCloud, Samsung, Android etc) or phone lock (pattern, pin, fingerprint, password etc) we will attempt to contact you to remove the lock, however if you are unable to do so the device will be returned to you at cost.
Data & Backup
Please note all devices will be wiped during the inspection and testing phase so we advise you to remove memory cards and backup all data if possible before returning your device to us. We are not liable for any loss of data.
Where a device is returned to us in a lower cosmetic condition than sold we will refund at the current market value based on the average sale price of the same refurbished device in a similar condition.

To return a device please use the form on the contact page or the live chat system. We will endeavour to respond to your query with 48 hours and start the return process.
